Sergeant Joe Deisch with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 45-year-old Jose L. Torres on Monday evening, July 19th for leaving the scene of a property damage crash.
Torres was located in the 1600 block of Kenwood Avenue and taken into custody for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a prior charge and Failure to Stop after an accident resulting in Injury. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
