The Bourbon Fire Department will be hosting a Fireworks Fundraiser this Sunday, July 25th at the Sit Park in uptown Bourbon.
Activities begin at 6:30 and participants are urged to bring a lawn chair and join in the fun.
Quentin Flagg and The Kings Way Singers will both be preforming during the evening. There will also be food and drinks to purchase.
The Bourbon Fire Department will be shooting the fireworks off for Summer Fest at the high school in august. As part of their fundraising activities Chief Chapman received a $700 donation from the Town of Bourbon for fireworks during their meeting on July 13th.
Bourbon Summerfest will be held on Saturday, August 7th and Sunday, August 8th. Booths of various arts and crafts and delicious foods are lined up for the public to enjoy. The parade will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday August 7th with line up being at the Triton High School parking lot. Fireworks, a car show, live entertainment and much more will be taking place for all to enjoy.
