Easterday Construction in Culver is inviting the community to the Ribbon Cutting ceremony at The Paddocks this Saturday. There will be vendor displays, music and refreshments from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and the IN Lieutenant Governor will speak at the Ribbon Cutting at 4:00.
The Paddocks was one of the signature pieces in Culver’s Stellar Improvement Plan. The top three Stellar goals were for Culver to add new residents, get more kids in the Culver School Corporation and increase the Culver Workforce.
The Paddocks have done just that. Twenty-five of the units at the Paddocks are now occupied by residents new to the Culver community. As for additional students in the Culver Schools, that Paddocks has 22 children under age 18 and some of the new residents living at the Paddocks are working in Culver and more that are available to work in Culver.
Kevin Berger, developer of the Paddocks said, “This is a great opportunity to welcome these new residents to the Culver Community.” He also said, “If you’re a vendor or business that would like to set up a table, let me know.” Civic groups and businesses that would like to introduce themselves or recruit workers are all welcome to participate in the event.
