Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department stopped a vehicle on Thursday, July 14th about 4:45 in the afternoon for a traffic infraction at Gilmore and Fife Streets.

The vehicle being driven by 33-year-old Jennerer Rodriguez of Plymouth. 

During the investigation, Rodriguez failed to follow lawful orders, refused to get out of the vehicle and resisted arrest. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Obstruction of Justice and Resisting Law Enforcement.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
