The Lincoln Education Center will have a new tenant following the approval of a lease agreement by the Plymouth Community School Board.
WorkOne will be leasing room 104 in the Education Center at 220 North Liberty Street in Plymouth.
The agreement is from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022 with the ability of automatic one year renewals until the lease is terminated by either party. The rent will be $7,200 per year and payable in installments of $600 monthly. The agreement also calls for an annual increase of $120 and states that additional spaces such as classrooms or the auditorium may be available for rent for events.
School Board member, Larry Pinkerton asked how many tenants are in the building now and Kandi Tinkey said CET Vocational Education Program is using the facility along with the JESSE Program and Marshall County Adult Education. Pinkerton asked if there was additional space still available and Tinkey said there is still space available.
