On Thursday, April 29, officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force the Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team (UNIT) assisted by officers with the Plymouth Police Department and Marshall County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 705 North Center Street in Plymouth. Three adults were arrested and children were removed from the home.
Officers located suspected methamphetamine and evidence of manufacturing methamphetamine at the address. The Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team responded to the scene and removed the hazardous materials.
Arrested were Nicholas Creighbaum, age 42 of Plymouth. He was booked in for Manufacturing Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony and held with No Bond.
Jesse Bailey, age 36 of Plymouth and arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and Neglect of a Dependent as a Level 6 Felony. He was held with No Bond.
Lacey Bailey, age 34 of Plymouth was arrested for Manufacturing Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony, Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and Neglect of a Dependent as a Level 6 Felony. She is being held with No Bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
