Bremen girls take win over Riley
BREMEN — In their final home dual meet of the season, the Lady Lions were victorious over SB Riley 71-45.
The girls were able to take 1st in 10 different events to secure the win.
Senior Lauren Miller took first in 3 different events winning the discus and shot put and then helping the 4×400 relay team of Hallie Klockow, Miller, Zeta Nunemaker, and Caroline Bickel finish first. Nunemaker also won the high jump while Bickel won the 400 dash. Maddy Youngman took first in the 300 hurdles while Madison Gale won the 200 dash. Raven White continued her winning ways in the pole vault while Selena Martinez won the 1600 m run cutting an incredible 28 seconds off her personal best time.
The girls will head to Kouts this Saturday to take part in the Kouts Invitational. The meet starts at 9 am CDT.
