The Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ will once again offer those in need a food distribution today, Wednesday, April 21st.
From 5 to 7 PM families can participate in a drive through food distribution at Ancilla College. Boxes for 500 families will contain 33 pounds of food. The Farm to Family food boxes are a collaborative effort between Cultivate Food Rescue, Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ Volunteer Program and The Poor Handmaids of Jesus Christ.
This drive through event will be at 9601 Union Road west of Plymouth. Pick-up will be in lot C, the entrance off 9B Road. Participants should remain in their vehicles and wear a mask.
Food will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. No identification is required. No walk ups and no parking ahead of time. No early line formation, the distribution begins at 5:00.
