Mugshot_dakota stone 4-20-21Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop Sunday afternoon about 1:30 at State Road 17 and Overmyer Drive on a red Jeep Cherokee for an infraction.

Speaking with the driver, 23-year-old Dakota Stone of Culver it was found he had an active warrant for his arrest for Failure to Appear and Contempt of Court. He was also Driving While Suspended with a prior suspension.

Dakota Stone was lodge in the Marshall County Jail with a $150 cash bond for Contempt of Court, a $500 cash bond for Driving While Suspended with a Prior and held with NO BOND for the Failure to Appear.

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
