On Friday, April 16, the Marshall County Sheriff`s Department received a complaint of a possibly impaired driver.
Officers responded to the area of State Road 331 in Tippecanoe and located the vehicle and person in question. 67-year-old Michael L. Koontz of Tippecanoe was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating While Intoxicated. The bond for Michael L. Koontz is $1,500.00.
