arrestsOn Saturday, March 20th at 12:20 A.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the Park Jefferson Street Apartments in reference to criminal trespassing.

The subject identified as 37 year old Kelly Cowger of Plymouth had returned back to the property after previously being trespassed from the Park Jefferson Street Apartments.

Cowger was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charge of Trespassing with bond set at $505. He was released the same day after posting bond and received a Marshall County Superior II court date of April 20th.

Later Saturday night at 9:52 P.M. Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop in the area US 30 and Pioneer Drive.

During the investigation of the traffic stop the driver of the vehicle identified as 21 year old Juan Toledo- Zamudio of Ft. Wayne was found to be operating a vehicle without ever receiving a License. Zamudio was also found to be in possession of cocaine and possession of a legend drug or precursor.

The passenger of the vehicle identified as 21 year old Alberto Galoegos of Ft. Wayne was taken into custody on the charges of possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of a legend drug or precursor.

Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County jail where they were held on $1,505 bond and was released the next day after posting their bonds and received a Marshall County Superior II court date of April 20th

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
