City HallThe City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings (Monday, this) evening beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety and the Common Council meeting. The meetings are held in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor.  Masks and social distancing are required.

During the Board of Public Works and Safety department heads will give their reports and the Police Chief will discuss a parking request for 217½ Apartment 1 on Michigan Street while the Street Superintendent, Jim Marquardt will present a request for sidewalk improvements at 615 Webster Avenue and the ADA Transition Plan.  Other department heads: Utility Superintendent, Building Commissioner, Fire Chief, Cemetery Superintendent, Park Superintendent and Airport Manager will have an opportunity to update the Board of Public Works and Safety on activities in their departments.

The City Engineer, Rick Gaul will present Public Works-17-106 Historic Footbridge 2022 LPA update and Storm Water project-19-044 for the water issue in the alley at the First United Methodist Church at 400 N Michigan Street.  There is also a Utility request from Comcast for 523 E Jefferson.

The Plymouth Common Council will meet at 6:30 with a Public Hearing on phase II of the River Park Square Project.  Mayor Mark Senter will give his State of the City Address and the City Attorney will present the first agreement regarding aid to the Aquatic Center and a request from Briarwood on a Water Deposit.

Also on the agenda for the Common Council is an update on the Stellar Communities and Habitat for Humanity Development.
