On Friday, March 5th, at approximately 4:00 o’clock in the morning, Marshall County Officer Wozniak checked on a suspicious vehicle in the 11,000 block of Ridgeview Drive in Plymouth.
During the investigation, the driver of the vehicle, Zakrey Early, 23 years old from Plymouth was found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana.
Early was taken to the Marshall County Jail and processed for possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. He is currently being held on a $1,500 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
