Mugshot_bonnie agee 3-3-21On Wednesday March 3rd, just after one in the morning Deputy Anthony Styers initiated a traffic stop on a white Hyundai traveling northbound on Old US 31 near 4th Road.

During the traffic stop investigation, the driver, 37-year-old Bonnie Agee of Osceola was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.

Bonnie Agee was taken to the Plymouth Hospital for a certified test and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. She was lodged in the Marshall County Jail and was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and held on a $1500 bond.
