On Saturday, February 27th at 1:48 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop in the area of US 30 and Pioneer Drive.
During the investigation of the traffic stop the driver was identified as 39 year old Eric C. Branch of Kentwood, Michigan.
Branch was taken into custody on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxication with Endangerment with a juvenile passenger, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated and Resisting Law Enforcement. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $1,505 bond. He was released the next day after posting bond and received a Marshall County Superior II court date of March 30th.
