On Tuesday, February 23rd at approximately 5:45 in the afternoon Officer David Finn was dispatched to 1001 North Walnut Street to investigate an unknown issue.
After a brief investigation, Evan T. Gardner, 25 of Culver was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance. Gardner was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
The Undercover Narcotic Investigation Team (UNIT) made four arrests early Tuesday morning at this same location.
