Miller’s Merry Manor Plymouth’s Administrator, Bryan Zehr is proud to announce Marcia McCartney as their 2020 Employee of the Year.
Bryan shared, “Marcia is a caring person who defines what it is to be a nurse. Her loyalty and compassion to the residents she serves is second to none.” As of February 4, 2021, Marcia has been part of the Miller’s Team for 39 years. Marcia began her career by completing the CNA class offered by Miller’s and then moved on to become a QMA, followed by completing her ASN in nursing and in 2012 received her BSN in nursing. Marcia plans to “semi” retire on September 29 of this year but plans to stay on as part time until she reaches her 40th anniversary in 2022, after which time she hopes to stay around as a volunteer.
