Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department arrested 35-year-old Glenn Manns of Plymouth at the intersection of Michigan and Washington Streets on Monday, February 1st just before 10 a.m.
Manns was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped on a traffic stop. Glenn Manns was arrested on an outstanding Marshall County warrant for failure to appear and held with NO Bond.
