Ancilla defeats Bethel JV
PLYMOUTH – Ancilla College finally got their season underway on Thursday night with a 105-66 victory over the Bethel University JV.
Newcomer Caleb Brown led the Chargers with 17 points and five rebounds. Sophomore Keith Rupert added 16 points on 4-6 shooting from three-point range. Cortney Shorter and Connor Doobay added 13 each.
With Ancilla’s conference season pushed to late February or March, Coach Brian Pearison is trying to add additional non-conference games to fill the schedule.
