restraining orderSunday afternoon at approximately 3:00 P.M. Officer Gilmer with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 300 block of Jackson Heights Road in reference to a domestic disturbance.
After a brief investigation 22 year old Alex R. Rhoads of South bend was taken into custody for violation of a protection order.
Rhoads was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Invasion of Privacy with bond set at $505. He was released the next day after posting bond and received a  Marshall County Superior II Court date of February 9th.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
