mug_jacklyn bell 1_2021On Wednesday, January 13th Troopers with the Indiana State Police apprehended 31 year old Jacklyn Crystal-Marie Bell of South Bend on a Level 2 Felony warrant for Manufacturing and or Dealing Methamphetamine out of Marshall County Superior Court I. Bell was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $50,000.00 cash bond.
The Level 2 Felony warrant for Manufacturing and or Dealing Methamphetamine originated according to the Probable Cause Affidavit that on September 14th, 2020 the Marshall County Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team (UNIT) were able to make a controlled buy in Marshall County using a confidential informant .
In the Affidavit it stated that the confidential informant received from Jacklyn Bell a plastic zip style bag containing a while crystal like substance. The white crystal like substance field tested positive for Methamphetamine and weighted 14.5 grams.
