Congratulations to Bremen Police Department’s newest full-time officer Patrolman Pedro Lopez Ponce.
Ptl. Lopez is a 2016 graduate of Bremen Senior High School and a 2020 graduate of Manchester University. While at Manchester University Lopez received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology with a Minor in Spanish.
Patrolman Lopez started his career with the Bremen Police Department as a Reserve Officer and Spanish Translator in December of 2018, making it a seamless transition when an opening for a full time officer became available.
The Bremen Town Board is excited Ptl. Lopez chose to stay and serve his hometown of Bremen, Indiana. They believe his personality and compassion for serving others along with his bi-lingual skills will serve the Bremen Community well.
