On Saturday, December 12th at 2:45 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a two vehicle non-injury accident near the intersection of East Jefferson and Polk Street.
Arriving to the accident Officer Arnold located one of the drives of the vehicles involved who was identified as 48 year old Albert Chris Rose Jr. of Bremen. Mr. Rose was found to be Operating a Motor Vehicle with a BAC of .15 % or more.
Rose was transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $1,505.
