Warrant arrestOn Friday, December 11th at approximately 3:50 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was out patrolling the Economy Inn parking lot when he was flagged down by a female.

While speaking with the female she advised that she needed 34 year old, Kirk Alan Barnett of Plymouth removed from her motel room.

As Officer Arnold made his way to the motel he located Mr. Barnett on the far eastside staircase.

Barnett was taken into custody for an outstanding warrant out of Marshall County for Failure to Appear on Court Cost and Fines. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $215.

 

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
