ArrestedPlymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 2505 North Oak Road, Walmart on Friday, December 11th in reference to a female running from the store after taking several items.

The female, identified as 29 year old Ashley Coldiron of North Judson left in a Honda Accord.   Her husband, 41 year old Robert Coldiron was located inside of Walmart by Officer John Weir.

Officer Weir was able to stop the vehicle and located several items still on her along with suspected marijuana in the car.

Both Coldirons were taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Ashley was booked in for Theft, Possession of Marijuana and Driving While Suspended with a prior and held on a $500 cash bond.  Robert was booked in for Invasion of Privacy and held on a $500 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
