The Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation congratulates Plymouth High School Senior Makayla Wilson who has been selected as one of the 1,609 Semifinalist for the 2021 Coca-Cola Scholars Program. Regional Finalists will be selected by late January 2021 and those students will then participate in interviews via web conference, resulting in the selection of 150 Coca-Cola Scholars. Makayla was chosen from among more than 99,000 applicants due to her outstanding leadership, academics, and dedication to her community.
The top 150 Coca-Cola Scholars will be honored in person or as a virtual event in Atlanta Georgia April 15 – 18, 2021. Those selected to be Coca-Cola Scholars must participate in the Scholars Weekend activities, whether in person or virtual, in order to receive the $20,000 Coca-Cola Scholars Program Scholarship.
