Triton Pre-SchoolTriton Elementary Pre-School Teachers, Mrs. Tabetha Lisek and Mrs. Allison Stewart have set out for the next twelve days, to teach their preschool students the art of giving and letting those around them know they are thankful for them.

The Triton School Corporation theme to start this year out was a focus on living out The Trojan Way. The whole purpose of this slogan is to think of others over self.  Never, in many of our lifetimes, has there been a year where this has been so difficult to accomplish.

Superintendent Jeremy Riffle said, “Kudos to the Triton School Corporation Staff and Scholars for doing their best to show Trojan PRIDE (Personal Responsibility, Respect, Integrity, Determination, and Enthusiasm) The Trojan Way (Thinking of others over self)’.

The month of December, to most 4 and 5 year olds is about receiving presents. Triton teachers decided to teach the kids how good we feel when we give instead of receive.

They have labeled it 12 Days of Giving. For the next 12 days, they will choose individuals within their School Corporation to thank them for all they do day in and day out.

Tuesday their first recipient was Nurse Newman who received a small token of our appreciation.
