Tuesday night, December 2nd shortly after 6:00 P.M. Officer David Finn with the Plymouth Police Department was requested to assist in a custody dispute at 1250 Dora Lane.

After a brief investigation, 47 year old Carlos A. Calix-Vallecio of Plymouth was taken into custody for Operator Never Licensed.

During the arrest procedure Officer Finn was informed that Mr. Calix-Vallecio was to be held for Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $105 cash bond for the charge of Operator Never License and held without bond for ICE.

Readers and listeners are remained that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
