As a way to help raise funds for this year’s Shop With A Cop and Emergency Services program sponsored by Plymouth F.O.P. Lodge 195 the Fitness Forum at LifePlex will be hosting a Black Out Cycling event this Friday, December 4th.
The Fitness Forum is calling all cyclists from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday evening for a high energy event with great music, special lighting and awesome instructors.
Make at least a $10 donation to the Shop With A Cop program and you can join the fun. Bikes are limited and will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is also a virtual class option available. For details and to donate call the Fitness Forum at LifePlex at 936-2333 today.
