Local News 2017The Plymouth Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Tuesday beginning at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers of City Hall.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door and move to the second floor council room.  Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced.

The Plan Commission has one item to consider during their meeting.  Donald and Mary Lou Fritz of 13291 5D Road would like to create a three lot minor subdivision in the R-1 Rural Residential District.

City Planning Consultant Ralph Booker will present the case for consideration and local property owners should have been notified of the case up for consideration.  The Plan Commission will conduct a public hearing on the case.

The Plymouth Board of Zoning Appeals meets at 7:30 Tuesday evening.  They also have only one item on the agenda, a request from Paul Oviedo who was granted a variance to have a multi-family apartment building located at 1220 Lincolnway East in an R-3 Traditional Residential District.  Oviedo was granted the variance a year ago and hasn’t meet with the requirements put in place by the BZA. City Building Commissioner Keith Hammonds will update the BZA of activities at the property.
