The Indiana Department of Transportation will be holding state-wide Winter Seasonal Worker Hiring Event on Thursday, December 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. local time. In the Northwest District, hiring events will be held at the following location:

Winter seasonal workers perform snow and ice removal and related maintenance duties and may be on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Positions run through March at a starting pay of $16 per hour. INDOT offers $250 sign on and $500 retention bonuses for eligible candidates.
Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and commercial driver’s license (CDL), current DOT Physical, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required. Applicants should bring their CDL, Resume, and HS Diploma/GED with them to the hiring event and are encouraged to apply online through the links above prior to the event. Walk-ins are also welcome. Managers will be conducting interviews at the hiring events.
