corona virus updateThe Marshall County Commissioners have again extended the Public Health Disaster Emergency Declaration.  This is something that has to be determined every seven days. This will be the 6th consecutive week the county has been under the emergency declaration.

At this time the county has seen a total of 2,836 confirmed cases since March and 44 deaths.  The Emergency Declaration makes it possible for the County Health Officer, Dr. Byron Holm to implement any protocols necessary to help slow the spread of the coronavirus in Marshall County.

The declaration also opens the door to the county should federal funds become available to help fight the virus.
