Black and OrangeResidents at Plymouth Miller’s Assisted Living ended the month of October on a high note with a Black & Orange Halloween Party.  It began during lunch when the dietary staff served a Mysterious Meal consisting of Mac-o-lantern Peppers, Minnie Hot Dog Mummies, Spooky Slaw, Ghoulish Delight Dessert and Monster Mash Swamp Water. 

black and orange 2At 2:00 p.m. residents were invited back to the Dining Room to be judged on their Black and Orange outfits and masks that they had designed.  Winners of each category were as follows:  The Most Black:  Louise Walter; The Most Orange:  Betty Heines;  The Most Combination of Black & Orange:  Frances Byrer.  Frances also won first place for the Best Decorated Mask.

Members of the staff performed several Halloween skits and also drew names for door prizes.  They served Monster Munch snacks and Frankenstein Fizz to drink.  Everyone agrees it was a spooky, good time!
