City Hall 10-10-19The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening, October 26th beginning at 6 p.m. with the Board of Public Works and Safety.  The agenda for the meeting includes reports by city department heads, two requests from Comcast to work in the city’s right-of-way, and consideration of two Executive Orders: for 1220 North Walnut Street and the second to modify operations in the Clerk/Treasurer’s office due to COVID-19.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will also consider a request to place a Barn Quilt on the City Building.

The City Council meeting begins at 6:30 p.m.  Council members will consider the job description for the new Human Resource Manager position.  Also on their agenda is the first reading of ordinances increasing water and sewer rates and all three readings for the 2021 tax rates and appropriations.

Council members will discuss health insurance, a proposed ordinance prohibiting parking in front yards, a discussion of the BIS quote for live streaming of city meetings, and an update on Stellar.

The city meetings are open to the public although masks and social distancing are requested. The meetings are held in the second floor meeting room of the City Building.  Those attending should enter through the Garro Street door.
