On Wednesday, October 14th in the afternoon Officer Young with the Bremen Police Department responded to North Marshall Street. Upon arriving Officer Young located two suspects and took them into custody. The female was identified as 33 year old, Lindsay Richmond of Bremen and was charged with Theft and Identity Deception with bond set for $1,505. The male was identified as 32 year old, Dustin Woods of Bremen and was charged with Theft, Identity Deception and was found to be Operating a motor vehicle after being judged an Habitual Traffic Violator with bond set at $1,505. Both subjects were lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
