The Indiana Department of Transportation will be holding a second round of Winter Seasonal Worker Hiring Events on Thursday, October 15.
In the Northwest District, a hiring event will be held at the Plymouth Sub District at 2845 Jack Greenlee Dr., Plymouth, IN 46563 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. eastern time. The previously announced Mishawaka Unit location has been cancelled.
Winter seasonal positions run from November through March at a starting pay of $16 per hour. INDOT offers $250 sign on and $500 retention bonuses for eligible candidates. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and commercial driver’s license (CDL), current DOT Physical, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
