Plymouth Police investigate a domestic battery situation Wednesday morning at 2535 North Michigan Street.
About 12:30 in the morning Police units were dispatched to the Economy Inn after a call was received saying a female had been assaulted.
When Officer Taberski arrived he was director to room 216. During his investigation 39 year old Anthony D. Thews of Plymouth was taken into custody. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Battery and held on a $500 cash bond.
