Sunday morning, October 4th Plymouth Police were dispatched to the area of Baker Street by the High School in reference to a theft that had occurred.
About 10:30 in the morning the suspect, 76 year old Harold L. Stevenson of Wanatah was located by the high school. During the investigation it was found that he allegedly battered a female and took her cell phone and keys and left the scene.
Harold Stevenson was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Domestic Battery and Theft with a $500 cash bond.
