The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings Monday evening beginning at 6 p.m. in the second floor Council Chambers of City Hall.
The Board of Work and Public Safety will award the bid for the demolition of the home at 701 West Lake Avenue. Also the City Engineer, Rick Gaul will present change order # 1 for the 2019 Street & Sidewalk projects.
The Plymouth City Council meeting begins at 6:30 and members are expected to consider on second and third reading the ordinance setting appropriations and tax rates for next year’s budget. There is also an ordinance regarding various cemetery matters for second and third reading.
The council’s agenda also included acceptance of donations for the Safe Haven Baby Box. Donations will be accepted from Beacon Credit Union, Plymouth Wesleyan Church and Randy and Eleanor Danielson.
A resolution declaring certain real estate to be within an Economic Revitalization Area for Jingu North American Corporation will be on the table for consideration along with amendments to the Planned Unit Development (PUD) for Centennial Crossings. Council members will considered a resolution moving funds in the Cemetery Budget to allow for the purchase of a new dump truck and they will also consider on second and third reading the ordinance setting appropriations and tax rates for next year’s budget.
The city meetings are open to the public. Masks and social distancing are required. The Council Chambers are on the second floor of City Hall.
