On Sunday, September 6th at approximately 1:00 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Bennett initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US 30 and Cedar Road in Bourbon. The driver identified as 43 year old Michelle Lynn Leigh of Lynhurst, Ohio.
The Bremen K9 Officer and his K9 partner assisted during the traffic stop where suspected Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia were located in the vehicle.
Leigh was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia with bond set at $1,505.
