On Sunday, September 6th, around 3:15 in the morning the Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call from security at Jellystone Yogi Bear Campground who advised that a male subject had rolled a golf kart.
When county officers arrived on scene they located 43 year old John Kitzke of Joliet, IL who had wrecked his golf kart.
Officer Ayala administered the standardized field sobriety tests for Mr. Kitzke and then transported him to the Plymouth hospital for a chemical test. With the results of the tests, Kitzke was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for Operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated .15% or more. His cash bond was set at $1505.
