arrested_handcuffsOn Tuesday, September 1st at 9:30 P.M. Officer Stamper with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on 27 year old, Jack K. Bradburn of Elwood in the Economy Inn Parking Lot. During the course of the traffic stop Mr. Bradburn was found to be in possession of urine with the intent to defraud a drug screen. Bradburn was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charge of Forgery (Fraud or Deception) with bond set at $255.
