On Tuesday, September 1st at approximately 9:34 P.M. Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department was parked at the Plymouth Station when he noticed a pick-up truck heading northbound on Walnut Street from West LaPorte Street at a high rate of speed. The vehicle abruptly turned west on to West Garro Street. Officer Finn located the vehicle in the parking lot at West Garro Street and North Plum Street doing donuts. Officer Finn conducted a traffic stop on the driver identified as 24 year old, Cameron G. Cannan of Plymouth as he was turning back out on to West Garro Street. Mr. Cannan was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charge of Operating While Intoxicated .15% or higher with bond set at $1,505.
