arrested_handcuffsOn Saturday, August 22nd at 3:58 P.M. Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of North Oak Drive and West Jefferson Street. During the course of the traffic stop it was found that 43 year old, Jeremy J. Spencer of Albion was operating a vehicle without a license. Mr. Spencer was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Spencer was held at the Marshall County Jail on charges of Possession of Stolen Property, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of a Syringe and Operating a Motor Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License with bond set at $3,005.
