Domestic Battery ArrestOn Monday, August 24th at 12:04 A.M. Officer Wallace with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to a Welfare Check from a 3rd party caller, whose friend had been involved in a domestic battery. Upon arriving to the 1400 block of Kenwood Avenue an investigation revealed that 39 year old, Rafael J Arriaga of Plymouth had battered a female in their residence on Kenwood Avenue. Mr. Arriaga was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charge of Domestic Battery in the presence of a child, Level 6 Felony with bond set at $1,505.
