At the end of this school year Jon Alcorn will retire as Athletic Director. Mr. Alcorn has served as Argos Athletic Director for the last 8 years. As Superintendent I want to thank Mr. Alcorn for all the countless hours of service to the athletes, the coaches and the community as he faithfully served as the leader of Argos Athletics. Mr. Alcorn will continue to serve Argos Community Schools as a middle school social studies teacher.
The Argos School Board has approved the following new Athletic Leadership for Argos schools for the 2020-2021 school year:
Mr. Nick Medich: Principal / Athletic Director
Mrs. Kelli Van Der Weele: Athletic Coordinator / Supervisor
Mr. Andy Stone: Athletic Coordinator / Supervisor
The Athletic Department will be led by these individuals with shared responsibilities. The goal of our new leadership will be to continue the quality of excellence for Argos Athletics.
