From Monday 5/18-Friday 5/22 from 8am-8pm, free COVID-19 testing is available at Menominee Elementary School if you meet the following criteria:
Who should be tested?
· If you have symptoms of COVID-19, come get tested
Even if you don’t have symptoms but you are:
· At high risk because you are over age 65, have diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure or another underlying condition
· A member of a minority population that’s at greater risk
· Pregnant
· A close contact of confirmed COVID-19 positive patients when the contact lives with a member of an at-risk population or it is imperative that the contact continues to work

When? M-F, 8am-8pm
Who pays? Hoosiers will not be charged for testing. If you have health coverage (including Medicare/Medicaid), please bring that information with you.
