Drug ArrestsOn Sunday, May 10th at approximately 3:20 P.M. Deputy Smith with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a male subject passed out at the wheel in the area of Linden and 1st Road. After an investigation 45 year old Jeffrey B. Slavey of Plymouth was taken into custody on charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Possession of Cocaine or a Narcotic Drug Possession of a Controlled Substance Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Paraphernalia Mr.Slavey was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $1,505.
