arrested_handcuffsOn Sunday, May 3rd at approximately 4:23 AM Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Bennett conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Harrison Street and Oak Drive. After initiating the traffic stop the juvenile driver switched seats with another male subject who began driving the vehicle before eventually coming to a complete stop.

The second driver identified as 19 year old Anthony Griffin of Plymouth. The initial juvenile driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. Alcohol was located in the vehicle along with another female juvenile.

The male juvenile was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test with his parental guardian and later released.
Anthony Griffin was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on charges of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Operating a Vehicle without Receiving a License, and Illegal Consumption of an Alcoholic beverage. Additional charges may be forthcoming Bond was set at $755
