owi-arrestOn Sunday, April 19th at approximately 10:00 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Frick observed a silver passenger car all over the roadway in the area of US 30 and Iris Road.
A traffic stop was conducted on 28 year old, Shaneka S. Ballard of Elkhart and was found to be Operating on a Suspended License and Intoxicated. Ballard was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the charges of Driving While Suspended with a Prior and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated- Endangering a Person and held on No Bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
